For small practices and sole practitioners, Lucy provides group training and one-to-one coaching in all areas of practice management.  She contributes to RIBA CPD training in marketing and business planning and lectures to graduate students at London Metropolitan University, London South Bank University and the University of Cambridge.

For larger practices, Lucy offers support to managers and directors facing issues concerning strategy, organisational structure, succession planning, marketing and business development.  She facilitates workshops, undertakes research, produces reports and make practical recommendations.

Lucy also works as a 'Client Design Adviser' developing briefs for complex projects, selecting effective construction procurement teams and project managing the process.  Retail is an area of particular expertise.

Recently, Lucy has been working with the RIBA editing their Procurement Reform Position Paper which will be published in May 2012.

Lucy works exclusively with architects and her mission is to make architects more 'business savvy'.
